These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Automation Wizard LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 163 Highland Ave, Needham Heights, MA 02494, governing your use of the BLGA Wizard Chrome Extension ("Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Use of the BLGA Wizard Extension is entirely voluntary. Users may choose to use the Extension's free features or opt into paid premium features at their sole discretion. No user is obligated to install or utilize the Extension.
To use the Extension, users must be at least 18 years of age and must create an account providing their name and email address. To access premium features, users must also store valid credit card information via a third-party payment processor that complies with applicable laws and regulations.

For users residing in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of the sale of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
The Extension's basic features are free to use. Certain premium automation features are offered on a pay-per-use basis at rates displayed before each use. Current rates are available within the application.
Billing occurs monthly. Users will receive an invoice and will be billed automatically through the secure third-party payment processor. Users may cancel premium feature access at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds in cases of technical malfunction or erroneous charges. To request a refund, contact us at support@automationwizard.health within 14 days of the charge.
All payment transactions are managed by a third-party payment processor in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, including PCI-DSS. The identity of our current processor and their terms and policies are available at www.stripe.com.
Users acknowledge that the Extension does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Information provided should be verified independently and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Users agree to use the Extension lawfully and comply with all applicable regulations, including HIPAA and other data protection laws. Prohibited uses include:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension with reasonable notice in case of misuse.
The Extension and all associated IP (e.g., source code, design, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Automation Wizard LLC. Users may not reverse-engineer or distribute any part of the Extension. Upon termination, all rights are revoked, and users must delete any copies in their possession.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automation Wizard LLC disclaims liability for lost work, data breaches, or unauthorized access. In no event will either party be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the amount the user paid in the 6 months prior to a claim.
Users agree to indemnify Automation Wizard LLC from any claims arising from misuse of the Extension, breach of Terms, or automation actions resulting in harm.
Users must first attempt informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Massachusetts under AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: Arbitration is on an individual basis only.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of acceptance by contacting us in writing.
You may not export or re-export the Extension in violation of U.S. export laws, including the Export Administration Regulations.
We are not liable for service delays or failures due to causes beyond our control such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions. We will take reasonable steps to restore service and communicate alternatives.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in full effect.
Terms regarding IP rights, disclaimers, indemnity, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Extension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes not resolved by arbitration will be heard in state or federal courts in Massachusetts.
